You get a very Brian Eno 1980s Shimmer Sound that way. The HOF 2 adds Shimmer Reverb which is actually quite good, in a synth studio environment you can make it even better by using it on an aux send and using EQ/filtering ahead of it filtering out everything below 300hz and above 4khz, then brining it in back to the mixer in a subtle way. TonePrint - The TonePrint app is your golden ticket to the glorious world of TC Electronic TonePrints With this app in hand youve got unlimited access to. For guitarists that's a good thing since they are pretty cheap and you can have both on your pedal board.

Hope its a good thing for them. The T2 and original Hall of Fame reverb pedals are the same also with different toneprints, with the T2 being more out there Ambient stuff. free TonePrint App Design your own customized vibe effects from scratch with free TonePrint Editor for PC, Mac and iPad True bypass allows for opt.

I have a lot of respect for TC’s history and pedal lineup. I wonder what will become of that program now the TC is owned by Music Group, aka Behringer. Its pretty nifty the way the Toneprint is sent to the pedal in the guitar/amp environment. I know that I read that the Flashback and Alter Ego are really the same pedals, just with different presets, both capable of identical sounds if using the Toneprint software. Beam new TonePrints directly to your pedal through your guitars pickups with the TonePrint app Use the TonePrint Editor app for Mac/PC/iPad to tweak. I would hope that the Toneprint coukd open up some options for the user to get a bit wild. Not a fan of the HOF sound compared to its competitors.
